I love this book. Why? Because it is totally practical is all sense of the word. This book touches on everything from preparation for the world of adoption to practical things to do to ease the
transition for your toddler that will be living the familiar world of an orphanage or a foster home to the unfamiliar and often times scary world of the United States.
John and I enjoyed this book. It was one of the first books we were encouraged to read through our agency. There is also a bible study that goes with it. It is a good starting point for those who
want to understand the perspective of the child they are adopting.
